Boyd Deep Canyon Photo Collection

Abstract

This collection contains photographic prints and negatives taken by Wilbur Mayhew and slide photographs taken by Lloyd Tevis. Mayhew served as an early faculty advisor to the Boyd Deep Canyon Reserve, and Tevis was the reserve’s director. Both conducted research on the site. Mayhew's subjects include landscape scenery, flora, and fauna. Tevis’s subjects include landscape scenery, geology, archeology, construction, facilities, events, research, and biological specimens.
