Carlsbad Watershed Network Collection

This collection consists of UCSD NRS academic coordinator Isabelle Kay's files on the Carlsbad Watershed Network (CWN) and general wetlands management. The CWN is a group of nonprofit organizations interested in small watersheds that work together on water-quality and other issues. The files include: (1) reference information on watersheds management, (2) CWN administration materials including waivers, funding documents, and project files, (3) data on vegetation from 2004, (4) information about an EPA grant to the NRS to further the objectives of the CWN. While not directly about the NRS, this collection captures the important role of NRS staff in local and regional conservation issues.
